How to make a claim?
In the event your vehicle suffers a mechanical failure or breakdown, contact us prior to arranging any repair work. Wherever you are in Australia, a member of our claims team will direct you to the nearest approved repairer for diagnosis.
Once the diagnosis has been made and an acceptable repair report and quote is received, our claims team will assess the claim, on average within two hours. Approved claims are then paid directly to the approved repairer once the repairs are completed, so you won’t have to pay for repairs and then wait for reimbursement.
If you have a problem with your vehicle that is not claim related, we can still assist you through our network of approved repairers Australia-Wide.
