Yes all our cars come with minimum of 2 years Australia wide warranty provided by third party. This is the basic warranty and you are welcome to upgrade up to 5 years (T&C apply, visit our warranty page for details).
Yes, The advertising price is drive way price including minimum 3 months registrations for Victorian buyers. For interstate buyers, stamp duty, registration, Insurances etc might vary state or territory wise and we advise to check prior to purchase with your state or territory relevant authority. We will take Victorian equivalent stamp duty off from the price to assist you registering in your state.
As per Victorian jurisdiction, if a vehicle is less than 10 years old and has travelled less than 160,000 km, the vehicle must come with 3 months or 5000 km (Whichever comes first) dealership warranty. During this time, we will be responsible for all mechanical failure excluding physical damage (Like smash, water damage etc) and usages (Like tyres, break pads, fluids in different components) .
Absolutely NOT, as a dealer this is our responsibility.
We will be responsible no matter where you are in Australia. We will cover you as long as you have access to a certified mechanic.
Of course, we welcome pre-purchase inspection for your peace of mind. Please make a booking with us prior if your mechanic requires to use our hoist or your mechanic can take the vehicle for 1 business day.
We will assist to organise the inspection but all associated cost needs to be paid by customer.
Yes that’s why we have 72 hours money back guarantee (T&C apply) as long as you don’t drive more than 100km without physical damage.
We always try to make each and every customer happy and if you have any complaint, please fill out the form at footer of our website called ‘Complaint Box’ and your complaint will be reviewed with priority.
We always resolve all reasonable complaint with our customer directly. In the event if we cannot resolve, you can contact ‘Consumer Affairs Victoria’ for further free support. You can also file a claim directly to Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) with a small fee for a fair outcome. However we do not want to disappoint any of our valuable client and hope customer will give us the opportunity to fix the concerns first.
